Working on my chevron quilt til all hours

I last worked on my chevron quilt in late February.  March was crazy busy and just vanished on me, so much so that I didn't even finish my entry for the typography challenge :(  You can press on the link and see what the others came up with and even vote for your favorite!  So as you can see from my sidebar and last post, I am participating in Feathering your nest this month. This gave me the perfect motivation to finish my quilt.  Motivated I was, I stayed up until the very wee hours working on it and this morning I have a finished quilt top to show for it.

Once I actually started joining the squares, it came together quite quickly.
It still requires some trimming (and maybe an iron :)  and maybe by tomorrow morning I might have it quilted ;) or maybe not, give me a week!
Hope everyone had a fantastic Easter x
Kristin

  1. This is looking so good!! My mum makes a quilt for each of her grandchildren, I think I will ask her for a chevron one for my next baby :)
